Client Satisfaction
At Sundara, our top priority is ensuring you look and feel amazing. If you’re not completely satisfied with your results or any aspect of our service, please notify us within five days of your treatment. We will happily schedule a follow-up appointment to address and resolve any concerns, as we value our customers above all else.
Arriving Late
While we adore your fashionably late entrances, let’s keep the flow for everyone. If you’re running late we ask that you notify us as soon as possible, arriving more than 10 minutes late, may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule, this helps us stay on time for the next client. If certain services cannot be completed due to a late arrival, a 50% fee of the unperformed services will be charged to your account.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Changes to Booked Services
Life’s twists and turns are unexpected! If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment we kindly ask you give us at least 24 hours’ notice. This helps us adjust our schedule and accommodate others that are eager fo some Sundara pampering. If less than 24 hours’ notice is given a 50% fee of the service cost will apply.
No Show Appointments
Your time and ours are precious, in the event of a no-show, a fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment will be charged and will be required to be paid prior to any future appointments being rebooked. Clients with a history of late cancellations or no-shows may be required to pay in full in advance.
